Terms and Conditions for Say Immigration

Welcome to Say Immigration. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your use of our website and any related services provided by Say Immigration (collectively, the “Services”). 1. Use of Services

To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Say Immigration, a Say Immigration employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by Say Immigration, may harm Say Immigration or users of the Services or expose them to liability.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Say Immigration, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Say Immigration makes no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

4.Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Say Immigration be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Services or with the delay or inability to use the Services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Say Immigration, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees harmless from any claims, actions, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your use of our website, your violation of these terms, your violation of any rights of another person or entity, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations. In addition, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold our Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant harmless from any claims, actions, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of the immigration services provided by our consultant on your behalf.

6. Termination

Say Immigration may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

8. Changes to Terms

Say Immigration reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time without notice to you. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
